Professional Interests/Specialties: It is my belief that adults can become despondent or ‘dis-eased’ when they have lost their sense of purpose in life. I work with individual adults and couples to help them find a greater sense of purpose and a greater degree of happiness and satisfaction in their marriages, jobs, and life in general. I help to bring a balance between body, mind, and soul, using traditional psychological approaches as well as meditation and other spiritual approaches.
